The pandemic has encouraged us to pick up several projects while spending lots of time at home.
One of our friends passed us a piece of SCOBY which stands for symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. It is the heart ❤️ of Kombucha. That signifies the beginning of our journey into Kombucha making, and fortunately most well well. In addition, we were successful in carbonating our kombucha.
It is always a fun when it comes to opening our kombucha because you never know how much carbonation is built up during second fermentation. We thought it is pretty mesmerising to see Kombucha Pop so we recorded it down. This is orange 🍊 ginger kombucha popping and it is very carbonated!
