The Regency Club is located at the 13th floor of Hyatt Regency Kinabalu. It is located at the main building, different from our room. The lounge is located just right out of the lift, pretty convenient.
Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency Club – Environment
During our 6 nights stay we were at the Regency Club almost everyday. The club was pretty quiet during the day where I think most people who stayed here went out to look around the city or island hoping.
Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency ClubWhat I liked about the Regency Club was the amount of natural light they have during the day.
Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency ClubThis was our favorite table, facing the sea.
Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency ClubOn most days we were blessed with blue sky and watching speedboats going from the jetty to the island was mesmerizing. Sadly, we did not had a chance to witness a good sunset while we were here though.

Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency Club – Evening Cocktail
Daily evening cocktail started from 6pm. Most of the days it was crowded but there were enough tables for all. I did not see anyone going there and was upset because there was no table.
Some of the food available includes our faviourite cheese plate, a variety of breads, cakes and salad. Wine and champagne were available too.
Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency Club – Evening Cocktail Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency Club – Evening CocktailApart from beef mushroom and grilled vegetable there were also Sushi being served. Most of the food offered tasted alright. We tasted the Sushi one night and decided not do it anymore.

Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency Club – Bottom Line
We hang out at the Regency Club often where they stopped asking which room are we from. Folks there were nice. We remember bumping into the front office staff who checked us into the hotel working at the Regency Club during one of the evenings cocktail night.
Tip – If you like sparking water, ask the staff at the Club kindly and they will give it to you a bottle or two. It was not available at the soft drink fridge.
Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, Regency Club – CoffeeSnack and food served were good at the Club. This is true for most Regency Club or Grand Club lounge.
The Andaman Sea view from the Regency Club was probably what I enjoyed the most since my room was located only at the 4th floor.
Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu gets the basics right — great breakfast, a rooftop infinity pool, and a walkable location. A solid mid-range base for families and first-time visitors.
We booked the Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia because it is only walking distance to the Petronas Twin Tower and some other major shopping centres like The Pavilion where nice local food are served. As we arrived, we were directed to the 39th floor for check-in. The person who check-ed us in was polite and with…
We have always wanted to stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur which is situated right beside KL Sentral, the city’s trains transit interchange. One of the perks when staying at Hilton Kuala Lumpur is the convenience of taking a 28 minutes direct express train from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to KL Sentral. It is the…
From now until 29 July 2021, if you are planning for a vacation or staycation (A favourite Singapore activity), consider comparing this deal vs paying 💰 outright from your pocket for Hilton hotels. The same offer has popped up a couple of times over the last 12 months and Hilton will potentially continue to have…
Accommodation hunting are sometimes a hassle. I decided to book a hostel, randomly. Travelling alone makes it easier to decide. I decided to stay at the quiet New Bagan are. Since travelling is via E-bike and Bagan is not a big place, location is not really as crucial, I think. The hostel is decent for…
A reliable beachfront resort near the airport, Holiday Inn Baruna Bali delivers great value for families with spacious rooms, a lively pool, and excellent kids facilities — though slightly dated rooms and average food hold it back from being a standout.
