Hatched – Catalog of Eggs
This restaurant is a lot more crowded than I thought. Always enjoy walking up to a restaurant with stairs. Similar with D’Good Cafe, Hatched has good environment and also friendly staff.
They do offer free WiFi, in case you need that.

There is not much to explore in The Hatched, so we sat at one corner and ordered food.
The Flatwhite tastes decent, unsure of the beans used, I feel that it is not as strong as I would expect. This is really down to personal preference.
Smoked salmon and egg were good. To make it perfect, a toasted bread will be awesome.
I like this one, it was served to us as good as how it would have looked like in the menu. We did not finish the fries though.
Overall, the experience at the Hatched was decent, pricing wise, it is not the cheapest breakfast.We spent $53.55 on the above. 10% Service Charge and 7% GST inclusive.

Sir Benedict was good in terms of their meat. Their ham and bacon were soft and buttery, just perfect as toppings for an english muffin. The egg was perfectly poached, but was rather blend because of the lack of hollandaise sauce. I was slightly disappointed because hollandaise is one of the essentials for a perfect eggs benedict, and Hatched just didn’t achieve the standard I expected them to.
If you’re beefy enough to stomach a burger in the early hours, order the Cowboy Burger which is a steak served on an English muffin and topped with melted cheese, mushrooms, onions and a fried egg. Thick cut French fries are included.
