Impossible Burger at Georges The Cove

A late lunch wth beach view sounds relaxing and that’s what we decided to do on a weekday afternoon. When we arrived Georges at The Cove, it was sunny and warm with very little wind blowing our way. We were in a good mood, so it did not bother us too much.

Seating area at Georges at The Cove

The restaurant is located Pasir Ris Beach and you are seated really close to the beach.

We already did our research and knew what we wanted to order. Vegetarian options are limited here. Two thing that caught our eyes are Impossible Burger and Paneer Butter Masala. We ended up ordering the vegetarian burger because paneer was not available.

Medium Rare Impossible Burger

Impossible Burger served with Fries

It amazed us that we get to choose how the patty was cooked. We chose Medium Rare Impossible Burger served with fries 🍟 . The burger arrived in soft brioche bun with an impossible burger 🍔 patty, a piece of lettuce 🥬 and one slice of tomato 🍅 .

The burger was juicy and moist

The party was juicy and when we squeezed it down there was the bloody beef effect that happens in real beef 🥩 patty. That was satisfying! The burger was pretty delicious, personally adding a sunny side up egg 🍳 will make my belly even happier!

Closing Thought 💭

It was a decent sized burger

The damage was $24.9 for the Impossible Burger. It is priced the same as 200g Ribeye served here. My guess is non-vegetarian folks may opt for the steak due to price vs value.

Pasir Ris Beach while. You can watch airplanes landing at Changi Airport from here.

Love the ambience here and we would probably come back for the view someday when we get to see more flights landing at Changi Airport.
