FlyScoot Singapore 20% off Business and Economy Offer

Ever since its launch a few years ago, Scoot has been gaining popularity among travelers who just can’t make a 6 months ahead travel plan due to personal commitment such as work or family. I have made several “last minute” bookings aka purchasing an airplane ticket that is less than a month of my fly out date thanks to Scoot’s everlasting promotion.

All you have to do is to type in the promotion code before searching for your flight.

OK, now the million dollar question, can I actually secure a ticket? And can I secure Business Class (ScootBiz) ticket?

I wanted a Singapore – Hong Kong return trip in July, just to take sometime off. Hong Kong or Canton cuisine such as Dim Sum, Roasted Goose, Duck and Pork are my favorite. Not to mention it being a Tax Free City, it is really hard to resist!

Discounts are available on both economy and business.

Here you go, July 8, seeing S$88.40 and S$192.40, that is the comparison between economy and business class ticket. I selected ScootBiz without hesitation.

There is another booking screen, allowing you to see if the promo code was applied successfully to your flight selection. With ScootBiz you get 2x the legroom on a Premium Leather seat, 30kg of check-in luggage and 15kg of carry-on. I can’t think of any budget airline which allows you to load up to 90 pounds of carriage at this price!

There is also an option for adding S$39.00 for per way to earn 400 KrisFlyer miles. Scoot is own by Singapore Airlines. You will also get to have extra leg room and booking flexibility. I don’t see the need though.

Conclusion

With 20% off, this is definitely a good deal, even though Scoot promotes itself as a budget airline, I personally think that their services and planes are quite comfortable.  Aim for ScootBiz – head on to scoot to Book Now.

In Hong Kong, I would suggest staying at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui.
