This promotion also include non-direct flight such as flying from Singapore via Scoot to Bangkok then off to Yangon via Nok Air. (SIN-BKK-YGN). There is an option to arrive Bangkok earlier, spend the morning and afternoon in the city then take a night flight to Yangon. I quite like the flexibility.

As usual, Scoot shows you the available add-on for your flight, prompting you to purchase baggage and meals before the flight, which is up to 30% cheaper than purchasing it over the counter. This is also a good place to verify that the promotion code you applied went through.
Next is the Plus Perks page where you get to see the Ala-Carte Baggage fee (I opted for travel light going there, no check-in baggage). 30kg of checked-in baggage is included in my trip back to Singapore because I got the ScootBiz which in addition to the 30kg of checked-in luggage, guests are also allowed to carry on 2 cabin baggages up to 15kg total.
My ScootBiz fare is S$120.28 after 20% off, with the 30kg baggage which cost S$44.00, it was an easy decision to get a ScootBiz ticket due to the little cost difference. It will be a tough challenge to leave Bangkok without loads of shopping anyway!
On the final page, there is a processing fee of S$20/guest when paying via card. So the total price for this trip is S$194.63, with a cost saving of S$26.00. This is mainly due to the already low SIN-BKK air fare I’ve selected, my fare was $15.00 before discount.
Conclusion
Any discount is welcome, 20% is most valued when used in ScootBiz as you will be saving more. Purchase anything which has more than S$20.00 saving because your Credit or Debit Card processing fee will cost S$20.00.
